the superior queen room was very small, and the bathroom area was cramped, also i was shocked that no complimentary welcome gift was offered despite the hefty price tag. breakfast ended at 10 am, so we had to rush. absoluteley disappointing overall, i almost didn't want to give a bad review, but i just couldn't ignore these issues!

The place is comfy and had everything I needed. The location is fab, right by the mall, making shopping a breeze. Also, the eclipse viewing was organized so well.

But honestly, the elevator took forever—my patience almost eclipsed, too! And don't even get me started on the early morning door tapping—who needs that?
